Product Information
The PreonCube Condition CO2 is a wireless measuring system with external carbon dioxide (CO2) sensor. Due to its compact-sized and handy design as well as its battery operation, the Cube is very well suited for buildings, warehouses, cabinets or hard-to-reach environments. Depending on the selected measuring interval, the cube records data with its sensor regarding the CO2 concentration and can be used with or without a mains adapter. Depending on requirements, it transmits these measured values in customer-specific intervals and a compatible radio protocol to other measuring points or directly to radio gateways. With the optionally available gateways, the data is transferred to the PreonLive online portal where it can be analyzed and exported. This enables you to monitor your remote PreonCubes from any PC, smartphone or tablet with Internet access and have an overview of their local environmental conditions at any time. In addition to the PreonCube Condition CO2, the wireless traffic light PreonCube Condition Signal Light is available. The three-stage traffic light can be operated within radio range of the measuring point and signals actual measured value ranges with different colours depending on temperature or humidity.
For the acquisition of data, an externally mounted sensor with infrared technology (NDIR) is used. This is equipped with a filter cap and located on the top of the cube. It measures C02 concentrations in the room air from 0 to 5000 ppm with high accuracy.
